We egomaniacs, megalomaniacs, and arrogant, says. Maybe that's why we lost our competitive edge, because we are cutting down the winners in our society, and we reward people who are just showing up with certificates and prizes. That is usually set in, at least that's my comment.

After all, we are a nation of winners, and we built the greatest country ever. Those of us that can not be afraid of a good dose of self-confidence, or is a reality-based ego must earn. We need leaders in our society, and we need winners, but we just do not label everyone a winner even if they can not perform.
There is nothing wrong about having an ego, everyone has one, and it is a good thing they do. You walk around like the Borg of mediocrity and everyone want a society filled with? Man, I would not.leading to a life of mediocrity. Would not you rather trust someone with strength of character, someone who was a winner, no one knew that the persistence and determination you put in?
Do not we need people like this in our society, I believe that we do. Yes, I do not like arrogant people, especially those who are arrogant and whatever, or people who are faking it has never been achieved, but if they earned the right to be confident , and that they project, so be it. Well I hope you will consider this at all, and takes over.
