Supplements for Hair Loss

The best vitamins, minerals and other supplements to take if you suffer from nutrition-based hair loss (or at least, to help your hair) are:

Vitamin A is good for the skin and scalp conditions for themselves and for their good antioxidant properties (to clean your skin and scalp of toxins, excess fat and even bacterial infections), always follow the recommended doses, and never to overdose on vitamin A. However, some dermatologists prescribe high doses of vitamin A for a limited period of time (always in control of the patient often enough) to "push" the nutrition of the hair follicle.
