I always like a child you are proud to be able to sleep. I slept through dogs barking, the sound of a storm once slept through the cars. I was tired I just lay down and immediately went to sleep. No problem.
So things have changed. I consider myself a full night's sleep for tossing and was unable to. I have 2 at home to help roamed in search of something. TV shows I'm sure I saw that excluded boring. Could menopause cause I think my insomnia could be?
Although I had a lot of changes in peri menopausal state in your body seems to be happening. I concern myself with having almost every night waking and insomnia. I spoke with my doctor and found out that my insomnia and menopause can cause me concern.

Embrace change. Listen to your body and respond accordingly. If you think you may be more or less just a different way, or exercise, it needs to. If you find that you need more air in the evening down time, to give yourself time. Menopause ... It is time to pause!
To eat different as I found out that I went through menopause I no longer could tolerate certain foods and beverages. For wine of any kind was sure to give me hot flashes, I'm drenched in a cold sweat and burning at the same time waking up in the middle of the night. In fact insomnia was causing menopause. I have looked and the outrageous food and beverages will be allowed to sleep much better each night I left.
Practice relaxation and meditation I have always done this but I found that I now believe that relaxation and meditation part of your daily ritual needs. More than brushing your teeth or comb my hair as part of a form. Listening to audio guided meditation has helped me to relax even when my anxiety levels were high. Although menopause was causing my insomnia, I found that I had a lot of control over the situation.
