If there was a piano that was only 3 keys that have a limited ability to play a wide variety of music. Your brain works the same way, if you can only create three feelings, or you can only use three types of motivation, or just know how to manipulate three visual sub-modalities that will never be able to create internal strife that is so important to live a happy and exciting life, where their fitness routines and exercise is a vital and important, after all, we are just animals, under the guise of civilization, and the animals need to be exercised. When walking the dogs by their owners, they get fat and lazy, when humans do not exert themselves, as it happens.
So now imagine you have a piano with a hundred keys, suddenly, the number and variety of music you can play to increase exponentially. The brain and the body to function the same way. Part of what we are doing with this program is to add more keys. Playing with submodalities and its modification to create new ways of feeling about the same criteria, will add more keys of your piano.
You can go further, however, much further. Now, if we add three pedals to change the effect of each of the keys on the piano, which grow exponentially again. By constructing the modalities to its system of representation of the principal or dominant pedals add to your nervous system.

How does this relate to the gym, weight loss, fitness, exercise and training?

What I've found is that once you adjust to this discrimination ability, and train it, find it easier and easier to lose weight, because they are working with your body and not against it.
